Gear Ratio Calculator Lite 3.4.0

This application calculates gear ratios for road bikes and mountain bikes. It offers a wide selection with 22 types of chainwheels, 39 types of sprockets, and 70 types of tires to choose from. The tool allows the creation of a graph representing gear ratios and speed-cadence relationships. Users can customize their view by toggling the display of inner, center, and outer gears for optimal gear ratio simulation. This application assists with selecting suitable replacement parts.

• The application enables simulation of gear ratios across four charts:
• - [km/h RPM]
• - [mph RPM]
• - [m/s RPM]
• A graph is generated where speed values (km/h, mph, m/s) are plotted on the vertical axis and cadence (rpm) values are displayed horizontally. This visual representation illustrates speed variations for each gear position in crank revolutions, helping users adjust gear ratios to match desired speed ranges through part combination simulation.

• In the [Gear Ratio] section, users can evaluate the gear ratio for each selected chainwheel and sprocket combination. The tool also depicts the effect on pedaling effort when shifting across different positions on the graph, highlighting the relationship between gear ratios and performance.
• The [Gain Ratio] feature calculates and displays how far the bike travels when the crank completes a full rotation, providing additional insights for users to optimize their riding experience.
